Our architectural drawings start at KSh 25,000 for a typical home, and are priced by floor area for bigger houses and commercial buildings. You pay the site visit fee first, a 50% deposit at the site visit, and the balance when the drawings are done.
How much is the site visit?+
KSh 5,000 within Nairobi and its environs, and KSh 10,000–KSh 15,000 outside Nairobi depending on distance. It's paid in advance, and our architect checks your plot size, slope, soil, access, views and county zoning before we finalise the design.
How do I pay?+
By M-Pesa: we send a prompt to your phone and you enter your PIN. You can also pay via Paybill, till or bank transfer. Your order goes to our team on WhatsApp and email the moment payment is confirmed.
Can you help me get a loan to build?+
Yes. We work with partner banks that offer construction loans and mortgages, and we prepare the drawings and BQ the bank needs.
Do you design flat roof houses?+
Yes. Flat roof designs are our most requested style. We detail the slab falls, waterproofing and parapets properly so they don't leak.
Do you design commercial buildings?+
Yes: apartments, schools, churches, hotels, nightclubs and lounges, offices and mixed-use buildings.
