How ordering works

    Pick any design, or tell us your dream: bedrooms, floors, roof, and extras like a pool, gym or gazebo.

  2. 2

    Pay the site visit fee

    KSh 5,000 in Nairobi & environs, KSh 10,000–15,000 elsewhere, by M-Pesa or bank. We get your order and site location on WhatsApp instantly.

  3. 3

    Site visit & deposit

    Our architect visits your plot to check the size, slope, soil, access, views and county zoning. You pay the 50% architectural deposit at the visit.

  4. 4

    Drawings, structural & approval

    Clear the architectural balance when the drawings are done, then the structural deposit so we can submit to the county for approval.
